Passenger Type: Infant, child, student, adult and military. The service fees, such as flight changes, flight cancellations, refunds, and future credits, are purchased per passenger per ticket.

The fees and taxes that the government collects are liable to change. Additionally, you are only going to be billed for the entire amount that is displayed on our official website or that our agent notifies you of.

  • Reservation fees and all other post-ticketing service expenses are subject to change at any time and may not be refundable. Any fees or service costs that our vendors or transporters might charge are not included in our price.
  • All particular flying services are subject to airline or supplier evaluation and approval and are only offered upon request. Unique Assistance Fees are charged only when requested services are available and reimbursed if denied by an airline.
  • The airline's policies, procedures, and fare restrictions apply to all refunds and future credits.

Any flight cancellations related to travel and lodging are subject to any penalties imposed by the individual airline.

  • Name misspelling: The information on the passport or legal proof of identity document does not match the passenger's name on the airline ticket.
  • Visa/Passport Decline: The decline letter of the visa or passport is normally required to process a visa request.
  • Baggage: Keep the baggage tags and receipts.
  • No-show: Documents explaining your inability to depart on time will be required by us.
  • Denied Boarding: On the day of your scheduled departure, we will require the documents proving that you were denied boarding.
  • Duplicate Flight Tickets: Copies of all tickets with identical itineraries that were booked with us are needed in order to submit a refund request.
